Caller ID on PC
You can change your password through the subscriber portal (http://calleridonpc.comporium.com). You can not currently change your subscriber ID.
VPN software may cause networking issues and prevent the “Caller ID on PC” software from functioning properly. An ideal setup of the software would entail use without a VPN client.
Caller ID on PC software does not work properly with PBX, ACD, or business class telephone switches.
Log in to Personalization server (http://calleridonpc.comporium.com).
Log in to Personalization server (http://calleridonpc.comporium.com). Select the “Network Address Book” link. For an entry in your Address Book, select the “Upload…” link and select “Browse” to import a stored picture to the server. Select “Apply” when done.
Customers with High Speed Internet and Caller ID from Comporium qualify for this service for FREE. Please contact your local business office for details on getting this service today.
Log in to Personalization server (http://calleridonpc.comporium.com). Select the “Telephony Configuration” link. Select “Line 1” link in red section to change line number display. Select “Apply” when done.
Customers should limit the number of PCs running the client software to 3.
The software uses port 8910 and 23334.

The software works with all operating systems except MAC and Vista. We are currently working with our vendor to have software releases for these products shortly.
