| Enhanced Privacy On Hold: |
Enables users to designate a held call as “privately held” in order to prevent others in a common group from retrieving the held call. These calls can only be retrieved from the station in which they were put on hold. |

| Call Forward Selective |
Automatically forward all incoming calls to a different phone number when pre-defined criteria are met, such as the phone number, time of day, day of the week, etc. Additionally, the Ring Splash option allows a user to program their phone to emit a short ring burst to inform them that a call has been forwarded. This serves as a helpful reminder that the Call Forward Selective service is still activated. |
| Multiple Call Arrangement |
Allows users to make and receive multiple calls independently on their different Shared Call Appearance locations. |
| Remote Office |
Allows a secondary phone (wireless, home, hotel, etc.) to be used as the business phone. When activated, all calls from the secondary phone will appear as if they are being made from the business phone number, and all calls can be billed to the business. |

| Alternate Numbers |
